They not only give you a luggage room but also provide a shower room and toilets after you checked out. This helped a lot as our flight was in midnight after check out and we needed some place to keep luggage for the whole day...Almost all hotels provide the luggage facility but I liked the shower room and fresh up facilities.. they give you towels shampoo etc also if you need...

Cheap and near beach

Aircon doesnt work in any of the rooms, room (102) was really noisy as it was above the kitchen door and as a result was not possible to sleep even with earplugs in. Constant noise of kitchen fans and smell from kitchen meant you had to keep the door closed, which meant the room was really hot and stuffy.

Very friendly staff.

We booked a seaside view room and there was hardly any view towards sea. The wi-fi is charged separately. It costs around 30 for 4 days which makes the total cost of stay not that economical.

It was a good deal. Good location, close to the city centre but also to some nice beaches around Eivissa (car is however necessary).

Water in the (indoor) swimming pool was cold and the jacuzzi did not work that probably does not matter in summer, but I have been there in October and the weather for a couple of days was not great so it would have been nice relaxing in the jacuzzi

I liked my stay because it is very central for my needs & location, but, the beach really needs to be cleaned up from all the debrise before the clients start using the beach.. I was walking along the sand to take a swim when I came across and very very nearly stood on a broken beer bottle plus the rocks in the sea do need to be removed as you can just about get access into the sea near the pathway to to boat.. The rest of the beach you cannot..

Close to beach, easy to get from airport by local bus in 20 minutes, nice breakfast, close to bus stop for other beaches, close to old town and shops.

Had single room rather small, this had poor air conditioning leaving room at 27 degrees all night, but hotel gave me another room no problem which was nice and cool when it was hot. My stay was very good value for the money. There was some noise from guests in corridors at night but that is hardly the hotels fault. There is little sound proofing in the walls but this is true of most hotels. I have been before and would use again.

Location was great- rigth by Figuertas promenade- lots of nice cafes in the area and a short 10 minute walk to the old town.

If people were loud in the next room you can hear them easily- I went in a quite time so in the summer months with more guests it might be a problem. Room was facing the alley way from the road to the beach so not much of view or privacy if the curtains were open.

The location is perfect, 10 min from centre where you can find lots of shops, supermarkets, bars..etc Also is very convenient if you are heading to see a real paradise called Formentera! Within 15 min you'll be in the port as well as in the ancient upper part of the capital..Having breakfast while overlooking the sea is another advantage of being hosted at this hotel!...Not to mention that you can use jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool! Decent rooms and nice staff can be found as well..I'd definitely be back at Maritimo if ever come back to the island, which I will

I should mention that at breakfast time is bit difficult to sleep because walls are so thin that you can hear cleaning staff as well as early birds going for breakfast ..but well if you are a heavy sleeper that shouldn't be a problem!

i did not like the fact they charge me extra for the safe and wi-fi. The noise was also terrible.

The attitude of the female receptionist was extremly rude. The location is a bit of a walk - access is only by taxi. On the plus side its right on the beach( if you are lucky to get oceanview room).Walls are paper thin- very noisy.Its more a 2 star hotel. I would choose somewhere off main road or with public access.

The staff and tryin to speak to them as I would speak in Spanish (as best as I could) and they would speak in English.

I was offered a room without a window on the ground floor, althougt it wan not mentioned in booking conditions. There was hard to breathe. After some negotiation with hotel staff I was offeres another room.
